Conducted an enterprise assessment covering DGCI’s business processes, people, technology, cybersecurity posture, and 35-application portfolio. CSM developed a CONOPS, business transformation roadmap, system optimization and cloud-readiness recommendations, future-state architecture, emerging-technology recommendations, system transition roadmap, and CMMC gap analysis.
Architected, implemented, and supported an enterprise integration platform for passport and visa processing. Developed reusable name-check, biometric-check, and data-transformation services using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL, Business Rules, Mediator, EDN, Worklist, and Exadata.

Evaluated performance, scalability, database growth, search, security, infrastructure, and application design, then developed modernization recommendations and an implementation roadmap.
