Conducted an enterprise assessment covering DGCI’s business processes, people, technology, cybersecurity posture, and 35-application portfolio. CSM developed a CONOPS, business transformation roadmap, system optimization and cloud-readiness recommendations, future-state architecture, emerging-technology recommendations, system transition roadmap, and CMMC gap analysis.
Architected, implemented, and supported an enterprise integration platform for passport and visa processing. Developed reusable name-check, biometric-check, and data-transformation services using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL, Business Rules, Mediator, EDN, Worklist, and Exadata.
